For years the founder helped people quietly, by hand. Now she has asked trusted people to help her do it in the open.
For years our founder helped people she knew, quietly and by hand. She would work out what would truly help a person stand, find the right person, and follow it up until it was done.
For her 70th birthday she chose to do it in the open. She asked a few trusted people to help her form a foundation, governed by trustees and with a public record, so that anyone who gives can see how the help is used.
The Foundation is how that plan is carried. Every step from here is shown on this site as it happens.
